I have 15+ years of senior leadership experience in roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Programme Director and Head of Operations. I've worked across a range of complex organisations, including central government, higher education, financial services and the third sector.

As a coach, I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and a certified Coaching Professional (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education). I specialise in providing leadership, executive, development and wellbeing coaching using a range of tools and techniques tailored to suit each client.

As a business consultant, I am a problem solver, strategist and deliverer of change, including organisation-wide transformation.

Why Me?

I create the space my clients need to explore ideas and develop solutions that they aren’t able to get elsewhere. Using my natural empathy, I am able to work effectively with individuals by actively listening to them and guiding discussions constructively, empowering them to take action in tangible ways.
